One of our computers at our office had been infected with some viruses and it finally deteriorated to the point where we could no longer connect to our network or internet. I called and they sent over one of their experts that afternoon to help us out. They were able to backup all of our data from the computer, and they got the computer back up and running like it was new again.

Red Cup IT saved my work computer from a gnarly virus and I couldn’t be more grateful. One morning at the office I was greeted with the blue screen of death! I installed Norton AntiVirus the day prior so I was dumbfounded as to why my computer had an apparent virus.
Not knowing what to do or who to call, I decided to search Yelp. The last IT guy I used was useless and I wanted to avoid the headache of shipping my computer to Dell and being out of commission for two weeks. I found Red Cup IT and gave them a call. They came to my office a few hours later, ran a few tests, and diagnosed the problem. The virus was such a smart sucker that it disabled by computer when I tried installing the AntiVirus software.
The tech took my computer for a day and was able to rid it of the virus. None of my files were lost and I was up and running the next day. I was blown away by their excellent customer service, great communication, and their ability to fix what I perceived to be a nightmare! I definitely recommend these guys to anyone in need of reliable IT help!
