Dan Le

Chief Executive Officer/IT Consultant

Dan has served as Red Cup IT’s Chief Executive Officer since 2009, growing the company, it’s client base, and service offerings from the ground up since day one. He is also responsible for leadership, strategic development, and business partner relations pertaining to the company’s business. Prior to the formation of Red Cup IT, Dan was a full time college student at UCI, where he studied engineering, management, and political science.

Elliot Shiu

Chief Technology Officer/Sales Engineer

Elliot Shiu has served as Red Cup IT ’s Chief Technology Officer since December 2010. He is responsible for researching, designing, and implementing the software, hardware, and networking solutions for our clients. Before joining Red Cup IT, Elliot was an independent consultant where he was responsible for managing the IT needs of several small to medium sized companies in the Los Angeles area.

Ross Kaufman

IT Service Manager/Account Management

Ross Kaufman, an IT specialist and former owner of The Rite Click, joined Red Cup IT as a referral partner in April 2011. After only a few months of working together, both Ross and Red Cup IT saw the advantages of teaming up in a more structured way to assist and aid clients in their IT needs. Thus, Ross became a member of the Red Cup IT team in the summer of 2011. With his professionalism, knowledge of computer networks, hardware, software and repair, as well as his tremendous customer service skills, Ross has become an integral member of the Red Cup IT family. His responsibilities include: client relations, service ticket management, and the coordination and dispatch of service technicians.

Ambrose Yu

IT Business Analyst Intern

Ambrose is a 5th year college student from UCI triple majoring in Business Economics, Chinese Language & Literature Studies, and Film & Media Studies. He is also working on completing the Management Minor program on top of that, so naturally he is our resident overachiever! Ambrose will be graduating University of California, Irvine in the Class of 2012.

Erica Lee

IT Business Analyst Intern

Erica is a fourth year Applied Mathematics student from UCI and is currently the Recruiter for Beta Alpha Psi, a professional fraternity for accounting, finance, and information systems students. She will be a member of UCI’s graduating class of 2012. The IT business analyst intern is responsible for assisting and supporting our team in business requirements definition, including the discovery, analysis and documentation of business requirements, process flows, use cases and sequence diagrams. This Business Analyst Intern position provides the opportunity to work with a highly-skilled team of project managers, business analysts, and IT users to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the IT department.
