Brought my laptop in to Red Cup last week because my computer crashed and I believed a virus was the cause. Red Cup IT and Jeff worked on my laptop, scanned it, and found out that it was my hard drive that fizzed out on me and not a virus. They were both friendly and very helpful in fixing my laptop and keeping me updated.
