Simply, we will look at your computer, no matter how sickly it is, determine the cause of its problems and inform you of the cost to make it better. On rare occasions, our estimate may be subject to modification if the unit requires more parts or services, than was initially determined. In these cases we will consult you and ask for authorization before performing additional work.
Standard Carry-In Services
Standard carry-in service means that your computer will be brought in and looked at in the order it was received. Regarding hardware issues, we will contact you for part approvals, as necessary, before moving forward with any repairs. If it is only a software problem then we will inform you of the solution and cost prior to starting the repair. We always try to complete repairs within the same day if possible, however, in most cases the computer may have to be here for 1 to 3 business days.
Expedited Carry-In Services
We normally work on computers on a first come first serve basis, but in emergency situations, we can begin work on your computer immediately upon request. This means that your computer is given top priority and will be looked at immediately by our service technicians.
