Brought my laptop in to Red Cup last week because my computer crashed and I believed a virus was the cause. Dan and Jeff worked on my laptop, scanned it, and found out that it was my hard drive that fizzed out on me and not a virus. They were both friendly and very helpful in fixing my laptop and keeping me updated. A very reasonable fee for the fix, very friendly service, not to mention that they are one of the very few IT service centers open on sundays, and so I had to go and make a Yelp Account just to let everyone know that Red Cup IT is where you should get your Mac, PC, Desktop, Laptop, etc. whatever fixed. I think they even do xbox live set ups as well if im not mistaken. Anyways, check them out! Thanks again Dan and Jeff!

I am a major producer who had a problem with one of my pro tools file opening. I was preparing to mix and the damaged file read "corrupt" I panicked. Contacted Dan he connected me with a remote service. He then opened and repaired my damaged file via remote with no drama. I will use him for all my computer issues.

Dell 700M and Inspiron Desktop

- Dell laptop screen went out. Dell wanted $850.00 to replace. Another tech repair company wanted $650.00. Red Cup IT replaced it perfectly with a brand new screen for less than 1/3 of that.
- Desktop work station lost its hard drive. Completely dead.
